FAQ

  • Do I need to wear a mask?
In general, people do not need to wear masks when outdoors. However, per CDC recommendations, in areas of substantial to high transmission, people who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask in crowded outdoor settings or during activities that involve sustained close contact with other people who are not fully vaccinated.
  • Do I need to provide vaccine verification or a negative COVID test to access the Festival grounds?
Please stay up to date on our eNewsletters, website, and/or social media pages for updated COVID-19 policies closer to the event. We will abide by what the current CDC guidelines are for COVID-19. Currently vaccination is not required for entry into the festival.
  • Will COVID testing be available onsite?
Testing is not required to enter the festival. The festival nor the resort currently offers onsite testing.
  • Can I book a different flight time or date than what's listed?
All flight times and dates are listed for the all-inclusive packages, and cannot be changed.
  • Can my roommate and I purchase different packages and stay in the same room?
Roommates must purchase the same package to receive the advertised rates.
  • I want a roommate but don't currently have one. What should I do?
We have a rooming list for people who are looking to find a roommate to share their room. Please contact us to be added to the list and to potentially be connected to a roommate. We cannot guarantee a roommate.
  • Can I register now and pay later?
Your booking is not confirmed until you purchase your ticket. Simply registering and submitting your form is not a confirmation of your ticket. Tickets are very limited so please submit payment upon receiving your invoice.
  • Do you accept deposits or payment plans?
All packages must be paid in full.
  • What time do the nightly concerts begin?
All concerts begin at 8pm each night.
  • I booked my airfare now what?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly with your flight details and later you will receive another email with more instructions and information as we get closer to the date.
